Book quiz
Here, for anyone wanting a distraction from whatever it is they are supposed to be doing today, is an amazing quiz. It asks you six questions and then comes up with a book which describes you. Astonishingly perceptive. Too embarrassing to confess.
Besides the Book Quiz, there's a whole website of quizzes, booklists - you can send your 25 best books, in order, and add them to a definitive list of the best books ever written ... how's that for displacement activity?
I've just done it again, got a different path, a different answer, also pretty accurate, one I'll put my hands up to:
You're The Guns of August!
by Barbara Tuchman
Though you're interested in war, what you really want to know is what
causes war. You're out to expose imperialism, militarism, and nationalism for what they
really are. Nevertheless, you're always living in the past and have a hard time dealing
with what's going on today. You're also far more focused on Europe than anywhere else in
the world. A fitting motto for you might be "Guns do kill, but so can
diplomats."
Take the Book Quiz
at the Blue Pyramid.

Oh heck! - I've been tempted to play your book quiz game (didn't you distract us from work a few weeks back with something similar?)
It came up with 'Catch 22' !!!!!! what's that say about me?! In fact (spookily) it's Cliff's favourite book of all time and he keeps telling me I ought to read it . . . mmmmm . . . maybe he knows me better than I realised!

Just what I needed Joanna!
Catch 22 for me too! I've never read it so can't say how accurate the assessment is.
I nearly got lost!! Did the quiz a couple of times. First was Watership Down, second - The Guns of August. Very nearly went again but realised it would be cheating as my first lot of answers were the most honest. V.spooky!
That's scary!
