I like Sue's idea of adding fresh herbs, that would make a good change from the traditional way.

It's true, Tanna, lots of people in the kitchen is more fun, just so long as they're the only ones doing the eating, and it doesn't matter if dinner is at midnight. I'll have to dream up another challenge, although this time I think I'll have to try to make it a little healthier!

The anchovy potatoes are really good, worth trying, especially when you're in a hurry, because there's no peeling or parboiling involved.Joannahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06790888857849562408noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12910213.post-55052186043320054172007-07-12T13:53:00.000+01:002007-07-12T13:53:00.000+01:00This is such a fun idea, Joanna. Very creative! Personally, I just cut my raw potatoes into cubes (smaller for crispier - no works of art), drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt, cracked pepper and fresh herbs. Roast at 450 degrees for about 45 minutes or longer for crispier. Sometimes I turn them half way through, if I remember! Thanks for such a good time with potatoes!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
